1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and OrderBoosts.io covering our website, account area, contact form, and paid services (together, the “Services”).

Opening the site, signing up, sending a message, or paying for an order means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who may use OrderBoosts.io

You confirm that:

• you are 18 or older;
• you can legally enter contracts for yourself or the business you represent;
• you will use the Services only in lawful ways;
• details you give us (profile URLs, company data, billing info) are true and current.

3. What we offer

OrderBoosts.io helps businesses grow online reputation through managed review campaigns and related digital support on the platforms we offer. Package scope, volume, pacing, and price appear on the service pages, checkout, invoice, or written proposal for that order.

We may change, pause, or retire a product or feature. Existing paid orders are handled under the details confirmed at purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. No promised business KPIs

We aim for careful delivery, but OrderBoosts.io does not promise any specific rating, ranking, sales lift, conversion rate, traffic, lead volume, or permanent review retention. Platform moderation and market conditions sit outside our control.

Case studies, calculators, and sample outcomes on the site are examples only — not a warranty for your campaign.

5. Your duties

You are responsible for:

• accurate profile URLs and campaign instructions;
• keeping your OrderBoosts.io login secure;
• following laws that apply to your business and marketing;
• checking order details before you pay.

Delays or quality issues caused by wrong or incomplete information from you are not our fault under these Terms.

6. Checkout and billing

Orders are due in full at purchase unless we confirm another arrangement in writing. Paying authorizes OrderBoosts.io and our payment partners to charge the selected method.

Listed prices can change later; the amount shown when you complete a given order stays the price for that order. Unpaid orders may be canceled.

7. Refunds

Digital campaign work is usually non-refundable once preparation or delivery starts. Full rules — including when we may approve a refund and when we decline — are on the Refund Policy page. That page forms part of these Terms.

Nothing here removes rights that mandatory consumer law may give you where it applies.

8. Delivery timing

Schedules we share are estimates. Timing can shift with queue size, platform behavior, technical issues, third-party tools, or facts unique to your profile. Exact dates are binding only if we put them in writing for that order.

9. Third-party platforms

Campaigns interact with review and listing platforms we do not own. We are not liable for their rules, outages, removals, suspensions, or product changes. Those platforms can update policies at any time.

10. Our content and brand

Text, design, logos, code, layout, and documentation on OrderBoosts.io belong to us or our licensors and are protected by IP law. Do not copy, scrape, resell, or modify that material without prior written permission.

11. Forbidden use

You must not:

• break the law or these Terms;
• submit fake or misleading account or order data;
• attack, overload, or probe our systems without authorization;
• abuse automation against the site or APIs;
• commit fraud or chargeback abuse;
• reverse engineer the platform to build a competing clone;
• resell our Services without our written OK.

We may suspend or close access if you do.

12. “As is” service

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted uptime, and error-free operation.

13. Liability cap

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrderBoosts.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, data loss, or reputational harm.

For any claim tied to a paid order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify OrderBoosts.io and our owners, staff, contractors, and partners against claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, illegal conduct, or misuse of the platform.

15. Suspension and closure

We may pause or terminate accounts or orders if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, committed fraud, misused the Services, or created legal or operational risk. We may act without advance notice when needed to protect the platform.

16. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, major internet or power outages, government action, cyber incidents, labor issues, or third-party platform downtime.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The live version is at /terms/. The “Last updated” line at the bottom shows the current revision. Using the Services after a change means you accept the new Terms.

18. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.

19. If a clause fails

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
